Im deflating

by littledaisy @ 2007-10-08 - 11:04:01

"Whenever I hear myself speaking the word 'Diet' - I quickly wash my mouth out with chocolate"

I Used to love saying that lol, but i've been on a diet for the past few months now, i've been steadily loosing weight after years of abusing food. There were some days where I gained weight but wasn't sure why because I hadn't slipped to far away that could cause a 4 pound increase. My husband sugested using a measuring tape and measured my whole body - limbs too last monday, that was fun lol anyway, today it was fact finding day, we measured me again and guess what ((((((((Im deflating))))))))) I managed to loose an inch all over, im so pleased.
This method has given me so much insentive. Cannot wait until next week.
I started doing some core excercises, lots of stomach work kinda like Yoga. I hope this is enough to tone the saggy bits lol.

see you soon

If I can do it - anyone can do it, im a lazy dieter - really, have no will power, I just changed the way I looked at food - cut fat out as much as possible, even juggled the volume of the carbs and fat levels - not to mention the calories. Theres always a better option without sacraficing nice stuff - just need to eat 'that' in moderation.
Green tea suplements and loads of different vitamins replace whatever your not getting enough of, i.e Calcium, b6, fibre, things that you can't do without - but without having to eat too much of it.
Best tip of all, drink LOADS OF WATER. Each time you go for a pee, have another glass of water - this helps for some reason.
Goodluck

Way to go! Brilliant news; well done you! :D
